Our story

Owner Matt Devries grew up on a farm in Downeyville.

After several years of working in both meat sales and processing, he decided to open his own butcher shop. With a focus on meat products that can be traced back to the farm on which they were raised, Farmer’s was born. Matt and his family still farm, raising beef, lamb and pork for the shop.

 

We are passionate about supporting local farmers, and believe in the integral role we play in sustaining family farm businesses, while nourishing our community.
